About the Club
This is the official website of the University of Bristol Chess Club.
We run casual chess sessions every Sunday from 19:00 to 21:45 in 4.82 in the Richmond Building (105 Queens Road, BS8 1LN). We also have 3 teams in the Bristol & District Chess League, where we play matches of classical chess throughout the year against teams from other clubs in and around Bristol. Players of all strengths are welcome at our club and the League similarly caters to players of a wide range of strengths.
Membership
Our annual membership costs £10, which grants access to all of our Saturday sessions, the appropriate League team, and any special events we host. Our membership fee allows us to fund special events throughout the year, participate in the Bristol League, and renew chess equipment.

Directions to 4.82
Enter the Richmond Building via the main entrance into the ground floor lobby. Turn right and take the lift to the 4th floor. Then, turn left upon exiting the lift. Once through the doors, turn left and continue down the corridor to 4.82.
